JUNE 2025 


Music From Photos is an interdisciplinary project that transforms photography into live acoustic music, combining composed and improvised pieces that create a deep connection between the visual and the aural. Through this unique sensory experience, the project encourages deep listening and explores how music can emerge from everyday surroundings.

 During the festival Malina present’s a duo interpetation with a cellist Naja Soulie and perform in a Refshaleøen space in Copenhagen.

By transforming my photographic works into sound, Malina explores the profound connection between visual imagery and music. This project features a nine-piece acoustic ensemble performing a blend of composed and improvised pieces, creating a unique sensory experience.

THE TINDERBOX _ SOUNDING SILENCE


Soudning Silents
is a collaboration between Danish Silent Film, the Rhythmic Music Conservatory, and the Danish National Academy of Music. Over the course of a semester, group of RMC students created their own personal take on soundtracks for a number of silent films. As a result of my semester course is a soundtrack for a silent movie ‘The Tinderbox’

TRANSPORT LITERACKI 29

KOŁOBRZEG, 2024 (PL) 

An international literary festival held in Kołobrzeg - a literary review under the theme “The Future of Literature.” The project involved creating soundtracks for poetry readings by 65 artists from around the world. The festival concluded with the concert midi 4. The project was carried out in collaboration with Biuro Literackie and the Youth Cultural Center (MDK) in Kołobrzeg (PL)
